no matter how bad you feel , a counsellor will always be there for you many times i went and felt so angry sometimes tearful sometimes depressed but always left feeling better than when i arrived , i wanted to change and thats the key

the counsellers at nexus are brilliant , they give survivors time to talk , they are non judgemental , and put simply they are life savers for those who want help
