Bloomfield Laser Clinic, Bangor

Today I was late for my appointment due to roadworks in the Bangor area, after having drove 80 miles to get to Bangor from my hometown I was greeted by Beulah in the car park, initially thinking I came on the wrong date I ran over to her to be told in a despicable manor that "today is the correct date and being late isn't acceptable that i should have phoned and in future I should only make appointment times I can get to on time as she has been working since 3pm"(4 hours). Unfortunately as known to Beulah there is no other appointment time I can make due to work and the distance I come for treatment nor can I drive and make a call at the same time without breaking the law. Usual arrival time 6.50/55pm today's arrival 7.03. Will never be back. Appalling attitude.
