Giant Property, Belfast

Had an appointment to view a property being sold by Giant. Had to travel 15 miles and deal with an area of Belfast i am completely unfamiliar with. Arrived on time but no agent. Finally rang only yo be told that the property had been sold and nobody had bothered to either ask if I was interested prior to closing, or to cancel my appointment. Would never eel through these people again.
