Service will never be beaten. Outstanding customer service skills, Jimmy is your man in the trade policy department. You are much more than a number here. Time is taken to get to know your individual needs and if you ever require information on your policy or any other annoying insurance issue they have a separate Facebook page that anyone can access, for such instances. On a lighter note... Jimmy should be nicknamed Buzz Lightyear as he will go "above and beyond" to design a policy that is right for you. Lol
