Jordan And Hubby Win Damages
Glamour model Katie Price and husband Peter Andre have accepted "substantial damages" from a Sunday tabloid.
It is understood the article printed in News of the World portrayed the couple as "bad parents".
The celebrity couple went to the High Court in London to accept the payout, which has not been disclosed.
It is understood the couple sued News Group Newspapers for damages of up to £150,000.
It is reported that the story headed 'Jordan Exposed', which ran in February, claimed the couple were "reckless parents" and "neglected the welfare of their children".
It is understood the story was run based on claims by their former nanny Rebecca Gault.
Ms Price, who is also known as Jordan said: "Anyone who has kids can imagine how they would feel to be accused publicly of being bad parents."
The 30-year-old model added "Pete and I love our kids and would do anything for them" and that they went to court to see "justice done" and have their "names cleared".
Both Ms Price and singer Andre said the allegations were "untrue" and "damaged their personal and private reputations".
The couple who met on reality show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here in 2004, have three children, Princess, Junior and Harvey from the model's previous relationship with Dwight Yorke.
Last year, Katie won Celebrity Mum of the Year beating contenders Kate Moss, Jade Goody and Heather Mills McCartney.
