Police Arrest Man Over 'Horrific' Attack

A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, in relation to a man being set alight.

The victim, believed to be in his 20s, was attacked at around 11.20pm on Saturday 14 June in Templedene Avenue, Staines.

The injured man was taken to St Peter's Hospital, in Chertsey, and later transferred to the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, West Sussex - where he is listed as "critical".
