Missing Youngster Found 'Safe And Well'
Police in Lancashire have found a three-year-old who went missing earlier today "safe and well".
Lee Loram was last seen at Blackburn Market while out shopping with his mother and brother this morning.
It is not known what happened to the child or if he had simply wandered off.
The incident sparked a major police search and a force helicopter was employed to search for the missing boy.
Mounted police officers and police dogs also joined in the search and CCTV footage was examined.
Detectives had urgently appealed to the public for help in finding the youngster and had issued a description.
Lancashire Police will issue a statement in due course with more detail on the happy turn of events.

Life For Gardening Murderer
A gardener has been jailed for life after being found guilty of the murder of 54-year-old Lynda Casey from Coulsdon in Surrey. Ms Casey's body was found by police search teams in an area of Banstead Woods in Surrey known as Great Solom’s Wood on 13 August 2009. A post mortem examination showed she had suffered multiple head injuries.

Body Found In River Following Search For Missing Boy
A body has been found from the River Great Ouse in Cambridgeshire by police searching for a missing boy, believed to be 15-years-old. The boy went missing in the river near Church Lane in Harford on Thursday afternoon. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Police Dig Up Pub Patio In Search For Missing Landlady
Police investigating the disappearance of a landlady in Cambridgeshire in 1997 are digging up the patio of her former pub. Deborah Steel, 37, was landlady of the Royal Standard in Ely, Cambridgeshire, when she disappeared on 28 December 1997. Police have said that Ms Steel's disappearance is now being treated as a murder investigation.

Police Continue Search For Missing Bristol Teenager
Police have renewed their appeal for help in tracing missing Bristol teenager, Rebecca Watts. The 16-year-old has been missing since last Thursday, when she failed to return home. Police said that they are continuing to look for the teenager, with detailed searches having been carried out at a nature reserve near her home in St George.
