No Further Action For Winehouse After 'Crack' Footage

Winehouse, 24, was arrested and questioned about the footage at Limehouse police station in east London last week and was later released on unconditional bail.

Her spokesman said that "police have concluded their enquiries and no charges will be brought".

Winehouse's bail date to return to Limehouse police station has been cancelled.

Her spokeman added that Winehouse is "pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music".

The Sun Newspaper published pictures in January of the soul singer allegedly inhaling fumes from a crack pipe following a drugs binge.

Winehouse, born in Southgate, has won five Grammys and a BRIT award. She has also won the Ivor Novvello Award twice. Her temptuous relationship with husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been much documented in the media. Blake is currently on remand in Pentonville Prison awaiting trail over charges relating to a pub brawl, which include attempting to pervert the course of justice and inflicting grevious bodily harm. The case is due to go to trial next month.
