Police Hunt Man For McFarlane Murder
Police are hunting for a man in connection with the murder of Kevin McFarlane in east London.
Delano Forbes, 35, of Jamaican origin has been named as a suspect.
The victim, aged 27, was found with stab wounds to his head and upper body in Plaistow Road on 8 February.
Mr McFarlane was taken to hospital but died from his injuries on 10 February.
It is believed that he and a friend became involved in an altercation with two black males near the William Hill bookmakers close to wear he was stabbed.
Witnesses say that the suspect was seen walking into Geere Road shortly after the incident.
The detective leading the enquiry, Stewart Hill, of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command, said: "I appeal to anyone that was in the area and may have been something…..to come forward and help us find the killer."
A 36-year-old woman was arrested on 12 February on suspicion of aiding and abetting an offender and was subsequently bailed pending further enquires.
A 44-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of murder and bailed to return pending further enquires.
Police believe the victim knew his attacker.
A reward of £20,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of suspect/s.

Double Murder Suspect Arrested
Following the arrest on Sunday morning of double murder suspect James Allen police have appealed for people to check on any friends and relatives who could have come into contact him. Detectives made the appeal after 36-year-old Allen was arrested early on Sunday after being spotted by an off-duty officer on his way to work in Leeds.

Man Charged With Attempted Murder
A man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Faversham at the weekend. Kent Police confirmed Lincoln Payne, of no fixed abode, had been charged with robbery, theft and two counts of attempted murder following an incident in Fostall Avenue on Saturday, 30 May.

Double Murder Investigation Underway After Bodies Found In Garden
The discovery of human remains at a house in Nottinghamshire has become a double murder investigation, police have said. Police were speaking on Monday about the discovery on October 10 of the remains of two bodies in the garden of a house in Blenheim Close, Forest Town, Nottinghamshire. Police say they were led to the property by a tip.

Arrests Made Over 2006 Double Murder
Officers from Trident, investigating gun crime in the capital, have arrested one man and two women in connection with the murder of Jordan Jackson and Leyla Djemal-Northcott in 2006. Following new information, police used a specialist diving team to search the Regent's Canal for the murder weapon.

Gwent Police have launched an attempted murder inquiry following the shooting of two brothers in Abergavenny on Sunday. Police were called to reports of a shooting in Usk View, Govilon on Sunday afternoon. Two men, brothers Gareth Harris, 17, and Anthony Price, 20, were found in the garden of a house, with gunshot wounds to the lower legs.
