A 17-year-old is accused of helping dispose of the murder weapon and clothing.
None of the teenagers can be named for legal reasons. It is understood that they are all from the Croxteth area.
Two men - Melvyn Coy, 24, and Gary Kayes, 25, both from the West Derby area - also appeared in court, charged with assisting an offender.
All six were also remanded in custody until April 25.
