Two Teenagers Stabbed To Death In UK

Police are investigating two separate knife attacks in which two teenage boys were stabbed to death.

Both incidents happened on Saturday. In the first, 17-year-old Muslim Ahmed Hassan, from Batley was stabbed outside Dewsbury Railway Station around 2.10pm.

A post mortem confirmed that he died from a single stab wound to the back.

Three men, aged 17, 18 and 19, all from Dewsbury, have been arrested in connection with the enquiry remain in police custody.

A 24-year-old man who was arrested was released without charge.

Later on Saturday, 16-year-old David Nowak was stabbed to death during a mass street brawl on Farleigh Road in Stoke Newington, north London.

Another boy, a 15-year-old, was also seriously injured in the incident, which happened around 11pm. He is now in a stable condition.

Fifteen people, all aged between 13 and 19 and including one female, were arrested in connection with the murder and disturbance. Police are continuing to question 12 people, while three have been released on bail.

The Metropolitan Police have appealed for anyone who attended a birthday party in the community centre in Shacklewell Road, near where the disturbance and fatal stabbing took place, to come forward.

Teenagers Arrested Over Wolverhampton Murder
Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with a man who was stabbed to death in Wolverhampton. The 24-year-old man was stabbed to death in Whitmore Reans on Thursday night. Two other men, aged 23 and 19, were also stabbed in the same incident. They remain in hospital, where their condition is described as stable.

Trio Given Life Sentences For Ben Kinsella Murder
Three men have been given life sentences for the murder of 16-year-old schoolboy Ben Kinsella. Juress Kika, 19, Jade Braithwaite, 18, and Michael Alleyne, 20, were yesterday convicted by a jury at the Old Bailey in London. The three, all from London, were ordered to serve a minimum of 19 years in prison.

Four Arrested Over Rape In Slough
Four men have been arrested in connection with the rape of a teenage girl near the Jubilee River in Slough on Friday. The men, aged 19, 20, 33 and 33, were arrested on Sunday night. Two men, aged 19 and 20, remain in police custody. The two 33-year-old men have been bailed until 3rd August, according to Thames Valley Police.

Teenager stabbed to death in west London
A 16-year-old boy has been stabbed to death during a disturbance in Hammersmith, west London. The teenager, who has not been formally identified, was found in Hammersmith Grove on Wednesday around 5:15pm. He was taken to hospital, but died later. The area where the incident took place has been cordoned off.

Police question 19-year-old over Liverpool car theft death
Merseyside Police are questioning a 19-year-old following the death of a man who tried to prevent his car being stolen outside Liverpool airport yesterday. Detectives have confirmed that a teenager was arrested in the Woolton area of Liverpool at around 9pm last night.
