Two Charged Over London Teenager Murder
Two men have been charged with the murder of a London teenager who was stabbed to death in a street fight.
Sixteen-year-old Eugene Attram, from Thornton Heath in south-east London, suffered a fatal stab wound to the chest in Mitcham south London, as he was heading to a fireworks display with friends on November 4 last year.
Police said that up to 60 people were involved in the fight.
John Ayanru, 19, from Mitcham and Ashley Rookwood, 18, from Tooting, are due to appear before Sutton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, charged with murder.
Twenty-four other people were also arrested in connection with the same incident and 17 people remain on bail, pending further enquiries.
