Boy George Charged With False Imprisonment
Boy George has been charged with false imprisonment, Scotland Yard has confirmed.
The 47-year-old singer and DJ - real name George O'Dowd - was arrested in connection with the alleged incident, which is understood to involve a 28-year-old man, at his home in Ravey Street in Hackney, east London on April 28.
The former Culture Club frontman was released on bail and is due to appear before Thames Magistrates' Court on November 22.

Schoolboy’s kidnappers jailed
A gang of kidnappers who abducted a schoolboy and demanded a £40,000 ransom have been jailed. The four kidnappers – Ravideen Babu, Singh Dhanoa, Amarjit Singh Dhariwar and Avisha Choudhry, all from Southall, west London – abducted the 11-year-old as he returned from school; Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court was told.

The sale is part of the government's National Infrastructure Plan laid out last year, through which it hopes to raise some £20bn from corporate and financial asset sales by 2020.
