Three-Year-Old Girl Survives Hertfordshire Shooting Incident

A three-year-old girl has survived a shooting in Hertfordshire that left three people, including a teenage boy, dead.

Police were called to a house in Bishop's Stortford on Tuesday night around 9:40pm and found the victims - a 17-year-old boy and two men, aged 33 and 52. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.

Two women, aged 54 and 23, were also seriously injured in the shooting.

The girl was found in the house, unharmed.

The relationship between the victims is not yet known.

Police have launched a murder inquiry and said that they are searching for two Asian men in connection with the attack. The pair, believed to be in their late teens or early twenties and of slim to medium build, are reported to have been seen leaving the scene in a small red car.

The house has been sealed off and forensic experts are examining the scene. Police are also carrying out door-to-door inquiries in the area.

Police investigating the fatal shooting of a man in south London on Monday morning have appealed for revellers who attended a nearby nightclub to come forward. Gary Guthrie, 35, was shot in Streatham High Road around 5:20am on Monday. He was taken to hospital, but was later pronounced dead.

Hermitage village in shock after family shooting horror
Neighbours of the three family members shot dead at their £1 million luxury mansion in Hermitage, Berkshire, have been leaving flowers close to the house in the village of Slanting Hill. The three dead have been named locally as Alan Pemberton, a 48-year-old financial advisor, his 47-year-old estranged wife Julia and their 17-year-old son William.
