Man remanded over Manchester triple murder
A 32-year-old man been remanded in custody after he was charged with the murder of a woman and her two teenage children in Manchester.
Pierre Williams, from Cherrington Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, was charged with killing Beverley Samuels, 36, her 18-year-old daughter Kesha Wizzart and 13-year-old son Fred Junior Wizzart.
Their bodies were found in their home in Thelwall Avenue in Fallowfield, Manchester, last Thursday evening.
Post-mortem examinations revealed that the family all died from head injuries.
Mr Williams, a former friend of Ms Samuels, was arrested on suspicion of murder in Birmingham on Saturday.
He appeared before Manchester Magistrates Court on Wednesday and was remanded in custody until next week.

Detectives now have until the early hours of Wednesday morning to continue questioning Pierre Williams, 32, about the killings of Beverley Samuels, Kesha Wizzart and Fred Junior Wizzart.
