Two more charged over teenager's death

Two more people have been charged in connection with the murder of 14-year-old Martin Dinnegan, who was stabbed to death during a street fight in Islington last week.

Sean Clarke, 20, from Holloway, north London and a 16-year-old youth, also from Holloway, are due to appear before Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with murder.

A 15-year-old boy from Islington appeared before the same court on Saturday charged with the same offence.

A fourth person arrested in connection with the murder on Saturday - a 20-year-old man - remains in custody at an east London police station.

Martin Dinnegan was stabbed in the chest during an argument with up to 20 youths in Islington last Tuesday.

Fourth person charged over teen's stabbing
A fourth person has been charged with the murder of 14-year-old Martin Dinnegan, who was stabbed to death during a street fight in Islington last week. Rene Baptiste, 20, of Plaistow, east London, is due to appear before Stratford Magistrates' Court charged with murder on Tuesday.

Three Charged With Murder
Two men and a teenage boy have been charged with murder. The Met Police said the accused are aged 14, 18, and 20. The victim was 21-year-old Haile Langa, who died on Thursday, 5 November, from a stab wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead shortly after 3pm on Thursday after police had been called to an incident in Watling Gardens.

The Metropolitan Police have launched a murder enquiry following the discovery of the bodies of two men at a 'suspicious' fire in London's New Cross on Sunday. Police and emergency services were called to the address in Sterling Gardens at approximately 10.10pm.

Two women suspected of trying to smuggle 11kg of cocaine out of Peru have been officially charged after two weeks in custody. Melissa Reid from Lenzie near Glasgow and Michaella McCollum, of Dungannon in Northern Ireland, were found to have cocaine with an estimated street value of £1.

Mobile Customers To Share £1m Refund
Mobile provide EE is to refund around £1m to a number of customers wrongly charged VAT between October 2012 and October 2014. It is understood that EE customers who travelled outside the EU during those dates and used internet data were affected by the charges. The company estimated it as being about 0.5% of its customers.
