Man charged following Cornwall body find

A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a man's body in a block of flats in Newquay in Cornwall.

Police were called to a flat in Tower Road in the town around 9:40pm on Tuesday night, following reports of a stabbing from an ambulance crew.

Officers found the body of a 21-year-old man in the flat.

A 21-year-old Newquay man is due to appear before East Cornwall magistrates charged with the murder.

Two 17-year-olds who were also arrested in connection with the murder were later released without charge.

The victim's next of kin have been informed.

Man Charged With Murder Of Homeless Man
A man has been charged with the murder of a homeless man who died after an attack at a bus stop in the West-Midlands last month. The 35-year-old from Smethwick was charged and remanded in custody on Sunday, to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday morning.

Man Faces Baby Murder Charge
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a four-month-old baby girl. Craig Jamieson, 28, from Scotscoun, appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, where he was remanded in custody. Mr Jamieson was arrested on Friday, shortly after the baby died in Glasgow's Yorkhill Hospital, after being taken from her home in Partick.

Mobile Customers To Share £1m Refund
Mobile provide EE is to refund around £1m to a number of customers wrongly charged VAT between October 2012 and October 2014. It is understood that EE customers who travelled outside the EU during those dates and used internet data were affected by the charges. The company estimated it as being about 0.5% of its customers.
