Woman arrested following fatal stabbing
A 40-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found stabbed to death in North Wales last night.
Police were called to an incident at a property in the Fron Fawr area of Blaenau Ffestiniog shortly after 11:30pm on Tuesday night.
William McCauley, 38, was found at the scene, suffering from stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the ambulance service.
North Wales Police said that the woman was arrested at the scene and is currently in custody awaiting interview.
A cordon has put in place around the property while forensic examinations are carried out.
Police said that they were in consultation with the coroner and said that a post-mortem was due to be carried out on Wednesday.

Police have said a teenager has been stabbed to death in north London. Officers were called to a property on the North Circular in Palmers Green at around just before 1am. They found a male at the scene. It is thought the victim is 17-years-old. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 1.

A woman has been found shot dead at a house in Leicestershire. Emergency services were called to a house in Sunningdale Road, Hinckley, on Sunday night after reports of a shooting. The woman was confirmed dead at the scene. One man has been arrested.

Woman Arrested Following House Fire
A woman aged in her 30s has been arrested following a house fire in Ruabon, Wales. At around 5.08am this morning (27 August), emergency services responded to reports of a house fire in Wynn Avenue, Ruabon. Neighbours were able to help a girl, 10, and a seven-year-old boy from the fire.

Pensioner Arrested On Suspicion Of Murder
A 77-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found dead at a house in north London. Police were alerted by paramedics at around 10pm on Monday night. A 43-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Metropolitan Police.
