Teenager dies after being hit by train
A teenage girl has died after being hit by a train in Wrexham, north Wales.
The accident happened around 7pm on Monday night near Ruabon railway station, around two miles south of Wrexham train station.
The girl was hit by the 16:35 Arriva service from Holyhead to Cardiff.
An investigation has been launched by British Transport Police, but there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
The identity of the girl and her age have not yet been revealed.

A four-year-old girl has died after being hit by a truck in Bath. A Scania tipper truck hit the girl as she walked with her grandmother on Lansdown Lane, Bath, at about 16:00 on Monday. Three men in the truck where also killed when the vehicle lost control on a steep hill, hitting several cars.

A 12-year-old girl is in hospital after being hit by a tube train. The incident occurred during rush-hour at Brixton, south London. British Transport Police said: "BTP and Metropolitan Police officers attended the incident, which was reported to BTP at 8.40am and is currently being treated as non-suspicious.
