Mother and sons found dead in Birmingham
The bodies of a woman and her two children have been found dead at a house in Birmingham.
Police confirmed that the bodies of a woman in her twenties and her two sons, aged one and two, were discovered in a property in Radnor Road in Handsworth on Wednesday night.
It is understood that the woman's husband and the father of the two children was taken from the home by police, after apparently returning to the house and finding the bodies. He has not been arrested.
Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.
The property remained sealed off on Thursday morning, while forensic examinations were carried out.
Police said that post-mortems would be held in due course.

A woman and two children were found dead at a property on Woodgrange Close, north-west London on Thursday evening. At around 5.20pm, officers were called to reports of a woman and two children with injuries at the house where they discovered the bodies.

Two bodies have been discovered at a property in Worcester, according to police. The bodies of a man and a woman were found by officers shortly after 5pm at Debdale Avenue, Warndon on 06 October. The victims are believed to be in their 20's. Police were responding to a report raising concern for the welfare of a woman at the property.

A man has been arrested following the discovery of the bodies of a man and woman in a house in Sheffield. The bodies of the 34-year-old woman and 46-year-old man were found in a ground floor room of the house in Wath Road, in the Nether Edge area of the city, shortly after 10.30pm on Monday night.
