British soldier killed in Afghanistan accident
A British soldier has been killed in a road accident in Afghanistan, the Ministry of Defence has confirmed.
The MoD has not released the name of the soldier, but has confirmed that they served with the Royal Logistics Corps.
It is understood that the soldier was killed in Camp Souter, in the Afghan capital of Kabul. No-one was else was injured in the accident.
The MoD confirmed that the soldier's next of kin had been informed.
It has also been reported that a soldier has been seriously wounded in Musa Qala in the north of the Helmand province. The nationality of the soldier is not yet known.

Sergeant Christian Hickey, of the 1st Battalion the Coldstream Guards, died as a result of his injuries, following the explosion, which took place around 11:23 local time in Basra on Tuesday night.
