Entwistle to appear in US court
A Briton extradited to face charges of murder will plead not guilty when he appears before a Massachusetts court later today.
Neil Entwistle, 27, was handed over to US Marshals and taken back to the US on a private flight, after he was arrested in London.
He is accused of killing his wife Rachel and their nine-month-old daughter, Lillian.
His court appointed lawyer, Elliot Weinstein, said that he had a brief conversation in Hopkinton police station and that his client said he would be pleading not guilty.
Mr Entwistle is due to appear before Framingham District Court later today.
Rachael and Lillian Entwistle were found shot dead in a bed on January 22, two days after they are believed to have been killed.
On January 21, Neil Enwistle left the US and returned to his family's home in Nottinghamshire.
He was arrested by Metropolitan Police at a tube station in London and agreed to be extradited following a hearing at Bow Street Magistrates Court.

A woman from Hull has admitted killing her baby daughter. Natasha Sultan, 21, pleaded guilty after fatally injuring her five-month old baby. She said she was suffering from post natal depression at the time. Amelia-Lilly died of head injuries at her home in Welton Grove in October 2012.

Paul Mallin, 50, of Cecil Road, Ilford, is accused of murdering a man in his 80s and a woman in her 50s at the sheltered housing accommodation on 5 September. He will appear at Barkingside Magistrates' Court later today, 7 September.

A British Airways Pilot who has been charged with the murder of his millionairess wife, will appear in court later today. Joanna Brown, 46, who ran an award-winning bed and breakfast, went missing from her £3m country mansion on Monday morning. Robert Brown, 46, of Ascot, is suspected of killing his wife. The mother-of-two is yet to be found.

Man Charged With Attempted Murder Over Child Stabbings
A man has been charged after two children were injured during a stabbing attack in Hampshire. The incident happened at the junction of Southleigh Road and Eastleigh Road just before 3pm on 26 June. Two boys, aged 12 and 13-years-old remain at Southampton General Hospital. Their condition is described as being serious but stable.
