Police Appeal For Help To Trace Teenager
Police are appealing for help to trace a 15-year-old who has gone missing from her home in Birmingham.
Leah Musgrove was last seen at her house in Starbank Road, Small Heath around 6pm on 22 August.
She left to go to some nearby shops, but did not return.
Police and her family are concerned for her welfare due to her young age and vulnerability.
She is described as being white with ginger shoulder length hair, with blonde tips.
She was wearing a grey three quarter length dress with a silver number 8 digit in the centre, tan tights and black converse trainers and a thin black and brown jacket.
Police state anyone with information about her whereabouts should call on 101 ext 844 3111.

NHS quango staff face axe in cost-cutting exercise
The number of quangos in the NHS are set to be reduced in a red tape cutting exercise designed to save around half a billion pounds, the Health Secretary has announced today. Referring to the quangos as "arms length bodies", John Reid has outlined plans for a Department of Health review which proposes a 25% reduction in staffing levels.

Students have been warned to take safety precautions while out in Galway, following the murder of a 17-year-old Swiss student in the city earlier this week. The body of Manuela Riedo, from Bern in Switzerland, was found on waste ground between Lakeshore Drive and Ceannt Railway Station on Tuesday morning.

A mother has successfully fought off a man and a woman who attempted to snatch her baby daughter from her pram in Leigh, Greater Manchester. Shortly after 8pm on Sunday 12 August 2007, the 30-year-old mother was pushing a pram with her four-month-old daughter along Wigan Road, close to the Hulme Road junction.
