Appeal Issued For Cyclist Group Who May Have Witnessed Serious Accident

North Yorkshire Police have appealed for help in tracing a group of cyclists, believed to have witnessed a major road traffic accident near Knaresborough, Harrowgate.

The collision, involving a grey Land Rover Freelander, a red Ford Ka, a red Peugeot Partner van, and a convertible cream VW Beetle, occurred on the B6164 between Knaresborough and Little Ribston at around 2.10pm on Sunday 05 July, 2015.

The Land Rover, the Ford and the van were all travelling towards Knaresborough and the Beetle was travelling in the opposite direction, as were the cyclists.
