Ms McNee was last seen at her home on Langrigg Road, in Carlisle, at around 18:00 on April 21.
She is described as being around 5'4" tall, with a slim build and a scar on her left eyebrow. She has long dark hair, which is usually tied up, and is thought to have been wearing a black bomber style jacket and tan coloured boots.

"We are aware that she may have gone to stay with one of her friends and I would ask people across West Lothian and Edinburgh to keep a look out for her.
"I would ask anyone who can help us trace Lauren or who can provide any relevant information to our ongoing enquiry to please get in touch with police on 101 or, alternatively, through the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
