Police Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Stabbing

Essex Police have appealed for witnesses to a fatal stabbing in a Chelmsford park at about 15:15 on Thursday afternoon.

It is understood that a man died in hospital after being fatally injured in an incident on Oaklands Park, Moulsham Street, yesterday.

Police have arrested two people, understood to be aged 17 and 19, in connection with the stabbing.

Anyone with any information has been asked to contact police.

Police investigating the fatal stabbing of a man in Leeds have released the name of a man they say is of "significant interest" to their investigation. Police want to speak with 33-year-old Damien Dhers, in connection with the death of 31-year-old Marlon Small. Mr Small was found injured in Merrion Street in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing Of Teen
Police in Liverpool are appealing for information following the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy outside a youth club. The teenager, identified by police as Joseph Lappin, was with two friends when he was attacked by a group of youths outside Shrewsbury House Youth Club, Langrove Street, Everton at 8.40pm on Monday evening.

Police Continue To Question Father Over Boy's Fatal Stabbing
Police investigating the fatal stabbing of a four-year-old boy in Huddersfield at the weekend are continuing to question his father. Ryan Hawkins died after being stabbed at a house in Royd Street in Slaithwaite around 1pm on Sunday. A post-mortem revealed that he died from multiple stab wounds.

Police Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Car Park Accident
A two-year-old girl has died after being hit by a car in a north-west London supermarket car park. Police have appealed for witnesses. Metropolitan Police has said that the child was hit by a vehicle in the car park of Asda in Forty Lane, Wembley. She was treated by paramedics but later died in hospital.

Man Charged With Taxi Murder
A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a mother-of-three in a taxi in Birmingham. 22-year-old Natasha Trevis died shortly before 08:00am on Tuesday in the city's Northfield area after being attacked by her male companion in the taxi they were travelling in. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
