Investigation Launched Into 'Unexplained' Husband And Wife Deaths

An investigation is underway into the deaths of a husband and wife from Long Melford on Thursday.

According to reports, the body of a man, said to be a butcher from Suffolk town, was found at the foot of a multi-storey car park in Bury St Edmonds, shortly after midday.

At around 14:40 police discovered the body of the man's wife, at her home in Long Melford.

The BBC named the couple as Oliver and Deborah Ruse.

Police confirmed they are investigating the deaths, which they are treating as suspicious.

Roberts Charged With Wife's Murder
A man has been charged over the death of his wife in Cheshire . Vicky Roberts, 25, was found dead in her home last Thursday. Police discovered her remains in the garage of a property on Partington Square, Daresbury, near Runcorn. A post-mortem examination on Mrs Roberts's body indicated the cause of death was strangulation.

Cole Released On Bail After Wife Attack
Nottingham-born footballer Andy Cole has been questioned by police after an alleged assault on his wife. The 36-year-old, currently on loan at Burnley, was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning at his home in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Chesire Police have confirmed a man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
