Max Clifford Loses Appeal
Max Clifford has lost an appeal against his eight-year sentence for sex offences.
A lawyer representing the former celebrity publicist argued that the term was "unfair" saying that Clifford was not "a danger to women".
However, three judges at the Court of Appeal rejected the case, saying that the sentence was "just and proportionate".
Council Remove Banksy After Complaint Of Racism
A mural removed from a wall in Clacton-on-Sea in October has been revealed to have been the work of Banksy.
The painting featured a group of pigeons holding anti-immigration banners towards an exotic-looking bird.
It is understood that following one complaint that the painting was racist, Tendring District Council removed it.
It was only after this that the work appeared on the website of street artist Banksy.
The council have since said that should the street artist wish to return to Clacton and paint something "appropriate" it would be "delighted".
