Arrest Made In Baby Knife Threat Burglary
Police investigating a burglary in which a man threatened a 15-month-old baby with a knife have made an arrest.
A man posing as a metre reader gained access to the home of a 31-year-old woman in Uxbridge on 31 October.
Once inside the house the man produced a knife and threatened the woman's baby daughter, demanding to know where she kept the gold.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in the Stanmore area of north-west London on Thursday night in connection with the crime.
Police renewed their appeal for anyone who saw a man in a high-vis jackets in the Uxbridge area at about 17:00 on Friday 31 October. He may have been accompanied by a woman.

Inquest Rules Mother Died Of 'Cannabis Poisoning'
An inquest into the death of a 31-year-old Dorset woman has ruled that she died of "cannabis poisoning". A post-mortem examination found that Gemma Moss, from Boscombe, Bournemouth, had moderate to high levels of the drug in her system when she died. It is thought that she suffered a cardiac arrest triggered by the drug.

Baby Death Mother Named
The British woman charged with causing the death of her newborn baby in a hotel room in Crete has been named. Leah Andrew, from London, has been charged with infantide after being arrested in Malia on Tuesday. Ms Andrew was rushed to hospital by local residents after giving birth alone in her room.

Second Arrest Made In Hainault Murder
A man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested today in connection with the murder of Albert Wright. Police were alerted to a stabbing around midnight on Friday 25 February. The body of Albert Wright, 80 (also known as Bert) was found by his son at Albert's home in Trelawney Road. A post-mortem gave cause of death as multiple stab wounds.

Pregnant Woman Attacked In Essex
A pregnant woman has been attacked with a baseball bat and a knife at her home in Basildon, Essex. The 22-year-old woman, who was in labour, was getting ready to leave her home with her partner to go to the hospital when a gang raided her home. She was hit with a baseball bat and slashed with a knife.
