Up To 35 Injured In Early Morning Coach Crash

An emergency operation is underway in Hertfordshire following a collision between a coach and a car.

According to reports a coach collided with a car at about 08:30 on Monday morning on the A1081 St Albans Road near South Mimms.

It is understood that up to 35 people are being treated for injuries but it is believed that no one has been critically injured.

Six ambulances are at the scene together with an air ambulance, a hazardous area response unit, the fire service and police.

Google has been given 35 days to delete data collected by its Street View car, or face prosecution in the UK. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), a privacy watchdog, has said it will take legal action against the US firm if it does not delete its cache of private information the car gathered from public wi-fi networks.

A robber has been found guilty of murdering Pc Sharon Beshenivsky, who was shot dead during a bungled raid at a travel agents. Mustaf Jama, 29, has been convicted of the popular officer's murder at Newcastle Crown Court following a retrial after a jury failed to reach a verdict at a trial in January.

A convicted rapist has been jailed for 35 years for the sexual assault, rape and murder of a young girl. Michael Clark, 40, was handed down the sentence at Sheffield Crown Court for the killing of 14-year-old Zuzanna Zommer in Leeds last October.

Father jailed for life for child murders
A father has been jailed for life for murdering his two young children in north Wales. At Mold Crown Court on Friday, Perry Samuel, 35, admitted suffocating his daughter Caitlin, five, and three-year-old son Aidan in the bath at their home in Bodelwyddan in north Wales on November 5 last year.
