'Revenge Porn' Amendment Passed
An amendment is to be added to the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill making it illegal to distribute so-called "revenge porn".
Justice Secretary Chris Grayling has said that he wants victims of "this type of disgusting behaviour to know we are on their side".
The bill will target those who post or distribute intimate pictures or videos of former partners without consent. It will cover images sent on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks. It will also include those sent by text message.
Police Seize Money Suspected To Be For IS
Police have seized approximately £250,000 that they suspect was intended for the Islamic State (IS).
The funds were seized over the past year at Manchester Airport and other north-west ports, using civil powers under the Terrorism Act that allows police to confiscate cash found hidden in luggage or under clothing.
Most was seized from passengers flying from Manchester to Turkey, said police.
Officers believe it would have then been taken over the border into Syria.
Gas Used To Explode Bank's Cash Machine
An investigation is underway after thieves used gas to blow up a cash machine in Bristol in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police say they believe that gas was pumped into the cash machine in order to cause an explosion. Police said the robbery at the HSBC bank on Bath Road, Brislington, was "successful".
Police are searching for a group of men involved in the robbery.
