David Cameron To Join Leaders Over EU Future
Prime Minister David Cameron is to join European leaders in Sweden to talk about the future of Europe and the presidency of the European Commission.
Present will be German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has publicly backed former Luxembourg premier minister Jean-Claude Juncker to head the European Commission.
Mr Juncker was nominated by party groups in Europe, but Downing Street has claimed he could block UK proposals for reform. Mr Cameron said that a "face from the '80s" would not be able to solve the problems of the next five years.
Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte are also taking part in the discussions.
