Man's Body Recovered From Clay Pit After Going Missing In 2007
Police in Cornwall have confirmed that a body recovered from a clay pit is that of Nicholas Prouse, who has been missing for more than six years.
Mr Prouse went missing from his home in St Dennis on 30 November 2007.
An investigation and search was launched for Mr Prouse but he was not located and a reason for his disappearance was never established.
Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

59-Year-Old Man Charged With Murder Of Teen Missing Since 2007
A 59-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a teenager missing since 2007. Paige Chivers was 15 when she went missing "some time over the bank holiday weekend" in August, 2007, in Bipsham in Blackpool. Police have now reported they have charged Robert Ewing, of Kincraig Place, Blackpool, with murder and perverting the course of justice.

The House of Lords is to vote later today on an amendment to the Children and Families Bill, seeking a ban on smoking in cars carrying children. The amendment has been put forward by Labour, who have said that if it is not passed by the Lords today, they will include it in its next election manifesto.
