Teen Arrested Following Murder In Roehampton

A teenager has been arrested following the death of a man in Roehampton.

Police were alerted to an incident on Tuesday to an address in Huntingfield Road.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was found suffering from serious injuries. He died at the scene.

The 15-year-old is being held at a police station in south London.

A post-mortem is to take place today.

DCI King said: "At this early stage we are keeping an open mind about any possible motive.

"We are appealing for potential witnesses who saw anyone suspicious or any suspicious activity around the address at this time to please come forward."

The victim was discovered after an altercation with the boys, believed to be aged 13 and 14, outside a block of flats where he lived in the Enfield area at approximately 8pm on Sunday.

Man Charged Over Pensioner's Mugging
A man has been charged over a robbery which resulted in an elderly woman's teeth being knocked out. On 28 October the 74-year-old victim was approached and pushed to the ground on Drake Street in Rochdale. Her handbag was stolen and her two front teeth were knocked out in the fall. A 48-year-old man has since been charged with the robbery.

Two Police Officers Injured Following Incident
Two police officers have been injured following an incident in Kingsbridge, Devon. Police were called to an address in Retreat Close on 13 May following threats made by a man to another resident. Officers attended the scene at approximately 4.30pm and entered the property. Both officers sustained injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.

Man who shot himself following police chase named
The man who shot himself dead on the M1 motorway following a police chase has been named. Graham Jenkins, 44, from Hereford, is believed to have rowed with his girlfriend before leaving her house and driving off, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
