Sean Gleeson May Lose Eye Following Street Attack
Rugby player Sean Gleeson may lose his eye after he was punched in the face a number of times by three men outside a nightclub.
Police have released CCTV images of the three men .
The top player was attacked outside a nightclub in Wigan, Greater Manchester, at around 4am on Sunday.
The 26-year-old Wigan-born player was taken to the hospital where he is still being treated.
Detective Chief Inspector Howard Millington, from Greater Manchester Police said after release the images: "If you recognise these men I would urge you to get in contact. A young man has been left with serious, potentially life changing, injuries as he could lose his eye."

Two million people 'risking their sight'
More than two million people in the UK are at risk of needlessly losing their sight through treatable eye conditions, according to a new report. The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) said that 1.9 million people with diabetes and 250,000 people with early-stage glaucoma are unknowingly risking blindness.

Boots set to withdraw unprofitable services
Some Boots staff face an uncertain future today after the company announced that it is to close its laser eye correction, dentistry, chiropody and laser hair removal businesses. The announcement will impact on around 850 jobs, but the company has said that it aimed to re-deploy "as many people as possible".
