Operation Return Targets UK Criminals In The Netherlands

The National Crime Agency (NCA) have released the names of some of the UK's most wanted criminals thought to be on the run in the Netherlands.

The names have been released as part of Operation Return, which sees the NCA and Crimestoppers UK working with Netherlands law enforcement and Bel M, the Dutch Crimestoppers.

The names released include:

• Robert Gerrard, 50, from Liverpool

• Michael Moogan, 28. from Liverpool

• Mark Fitzgibbon, 42, from Liverpool

• Liam Fynes, 56, from Manchester

• Mark Liscott, 53, from Birmingham

• Rezgar Zengana, 31

• James Tarrant, 58

Operation Return was launched following the success of Operation Captura in Spain and Operation Zygos in Cyprus, where 65 out of 85 fugitives have been arrested.

66-Year-Old Fugitive Hands Himself Into Netherlands Police

Search Operation Launched For Missing Snorkeler
A large-scale search operation has been launched on the Helford River, near Falmouth, for a missing snorkeler. The snorkeler, a man aged in his 20s, is understood to have been missing since Thursday evening. According to reports, the man had gone out alone at about 19:00, wearing a dry suit and a weight belt.

FCA Fines CSI And YBS For Failing To Ensure Financial Promotions
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has today fined both Credit Suisse International (CSI) and Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) for failing to ensure financial promotions for CSI's Cliquet Product1 were clear, fair and not misleading. CSI was fined £2,398,100 and YBS's fine was £1,429,000.
