Flights Returning To Normal After Fog Causes Delays

Flights out of London airports are returning to normal following delays caused by heavy fog.

The fog caused a number of cancelled and delayed flights throughout the day on Wednesday, with some disruption continuing into Thursday morning.

Flight schedules at Heathrow, London City and Gatwick have started to return to normal, but those due to fly are told to expect some knock-on delays.

A Heathrow spokesperson said: "There's been no cancellations from fog today, but there could be some from the disruption yesterday."
