Peaches Geldof Could Face Legal Action Over Ian Watkins Tweet

Peaches Geldof could face legal action after tweeting the names of the two mothers who pleaded guilty to child abuse and allowed their children to be abused by admitted paedophile Ian Watkins.

Geldof has issued an apology for tweeting the names, alongside an explanation that, as the names had appear elsewhere online, she presumed they had been released to the public.

It followed guilty pleas on Tuesday by former Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins and two unnamed women to a number of charges of child abuse and the attempted rape of a baby.

It is understood that South Wales Police said it was discussing the tweeting issue with the Crown Prosecution Service.

Bradford Council Undervaluing Art Collection

A re-evaluation of art pieces owned by Bradford Council has found that 195 pieces in the 4,000 piece collection are worth more than £30m.

The council had previously had the entire 4,000 piece collected insured at £20m.

It is understood that some are now calling for sections of the collection to be sold to fund council services.

The local authority said it was in "on-going discussions" about the true valuation and insurance cover after auditors flagged it up as a "key concern".
