Wife Jailed For Attacking Ex-Stuntman Eddie Kidd
Samantha Kidd, the estranged wife of former stuntman Eddie Kidd, has admitted four counts of assault against the now paralysed 54-year-old.
Brighton Magistrates Court heard that Samantha, 44, had tried to throttle Mr Kidd, as well punching him in the face and chest and kicking him, leaving him shaking and "hysterical", according to the BBC.
Mr Kidd was was left paralysed and brain damaged when a stunt went wrong in 1996.
Mrs Kidd was sentenced to five months in jail and a restraining order was issued against her.

A British tourist has drowned after being swept away by a strong current at a tourist spot in the Philippines. Richard Kidd, 56, from Gateshead, died on Saturday while swimming at Dunsulan Falls near Bataan, west of the capital, Manila.
