Search For Missing 14-Year-Old Moves To Leicestershire

Police searching for a missing 14-year-old girl are focusing attention of accommodation in Leicestershire, following a tip on Thursday evening.

Lorna Vickerage is thought to be with 35-year-old John Bush, a convicted fraudster.

It is not known if she is willingly or has been abducted.

Police in South Yorkshire are reported to have carried out a forensic examination of accommodation and a car after the pair were allegedly sighted in Sproxton, near Melton Mowbray.

A car they were belived to be travelling in, a silver Ford Mondeo, wass recovered.

Police are now trying to establish if the pair may have travelled to Melton Mowbray train station, and on from there.

Two more arrested over attempted car bombings
Police investigating the attempted car bombings in London and Glasgow airport have arrested two more people. Two men, aged 28 and 25, were arrested in the Paisley area, west of Glasgow on Sunday night Five people are still being held in connection with the attacks, but it is believed that at least one suspect remains on the run.

Al Fayed Denies Child Assault Claims
Harrods boss Mohamed al Fayed has vehemently denied a newspaper report alleging he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl, after voluntarily speaking to police. Mr al Fayed was questioned 'under caution' for 30 minutes, at a London police station yesterday, during which he denied the Sun newspaper's claims.
