Man Stripped By Robbers

A man has been stripped naked by robbers after he told his attackers he had nothing worth taking.

The 19-year-old man was stripped, punched and kicked in the face by two men in Hampshire on Monday.

He has received minor injuries.

The robbers then fled with the victim's clothes.

Police have described it as an "unusual incident" and are appealing for information.

Both men are described as white, aged in their early 20s with local accents.

Man Charged Over Blast

A man has been charged with assisting an offender after a blast that killed a man.

46-year-old David Short was found at a house in Folkestone Road East, Clayton, England, following an explosion on 10 August.

Mohammed Imran Ali, 32, from Chadderton, Greater Manchester, has been charged and is due to appear at Manchester City Magistrates' Court later.

Francis Dixon, 37, from Stalybridge, was charged on Tuesday with murder, attempted murder and causing an explosion.

Appeal For Missing Scottish Sailor

The wife of a sailor from Scotland who went missing while ashore in Dubai has made an appeal for him to be found.

The Stirlingshire man went missing five months ago.

Timothy MacColl, 28, was serving on HMS Westminster and was last seen getting into a taxi on his way back to the ship at Port Rashid on 27 May.

His wife Rachael made the appeal at a press conference.

Woman Charged Over House Fire

A woman has been remanded in custody in Wales charged with the murders of a woman and three children in a house fire in Prestatyn.

Melanie Smith, 42, has been remanded in custody at Mold Crown Court.

She is charged with the murders of Lee-Anna Shiers, 20, her 15-month-old son Charlie, nephew Bailey Allen, four, and niece Skye, two.

The accused also faces a charge of of arson with intent to endanger life and threats to commit criminal damage.

She will appear at Caernarfon Crown Court in January 2013.

Suspected London bomber to be returned to UK
A British man wanted for questioning in connection with the failed London bomb attacks on July 21 is to be extradited to the UK within 35 days, an Italian court has ruled. Osman Hussein (27) will appeal the decision to the Italian Supreme court, according to his lawyers.

Mobile Customers To Share £1m Refund
Mobile provide EE is to refund around £1m to a number of customers wrongly charged VAT between October 2012 and October 2014. It is understood that EE customers who travelled outside the EU during those dates and used internet data were affected by the charges. The company estimated it as being about 0.5% of its customers.

Man Charged With Bakery Murder, Due In Court
A man charged with murdering a teenager in a south-east London bakery is due to appear in court today. Jimmy Mizen, who had just turned 16, was slashed across the throat with a shard of glass in the Three Cooks store on Burnt Ash Hill in Lee, on Saturday.
