Body Parts Murders Win Right To Appeal
The three men convicted of the murder of Adam Vincent have been granted the right to appeal the length of their sentences.
Lee Griffiths, 43, his son Thomas, 22, and Mark Jackson, 27, all of Scartho Grimsby, were convicted of the murder in January after Mr Vincent’s body parts were found in waterways across Linconshire.
It is believed Vincent was killed because the three men thought he ha stolen drugs from them.
Lee Griffiths was jailed for at least 32 years, Thomas Griffiths for 27 years and Jackson for 29 years, following their trial at Sheffield Crown Court.
No date has been set for their appeal to be heard.

Appeal Follows Murder Of Lee John Hook
Detectives are appealing for information in Harrow Town Centre today, two weeks on from the murder of Lee John Hook. They will be speaking to people to try and trace any witnesses they have not previously spoken to. Police were called at approximately 1:40am on Friday 22 October to Kymberley Road following reports of a man shot.
