Man Charged With Taxi Murder

A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a mother-of-three in a taxi in Birmingham.

22-year-old Natasha Trevis died shortly before 08:00am on Tuesday in the city's Northfield area after being attacked by her male companion in the taxi they were travelling in.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the man was arrested in a garden in Allen's Farm, south Birmingham on Tuesday evening.

The man, who has yet to be named, will appear in Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.

Specialist officers are supporting the victims family.

British man murdered in Thailand

He is understood to have been stabbed twice and was taken to hospital, where he later died. A 29-year-old taxi driver, Uthen Duangnoi, has been arrested.

Ten Arrested In Drug Raids
