Allergy Injector Recalled After Fault
People using a certain type of adrenaline injector for severe allergic reactions are being told to consult their doctors after a fault was found with the product.
Anapens - used by 35,000 people - have been recalled as the adrenaline was being released too slowly, drug regulator the MHRA said.
But patients are being advised to keep using them until they see their doctor.
Remaining Olympic Tickets Go On Sale
Around 500,000 tickets for events at the London 2012 Olympic Games have been released for general sale, organisers Locog have said.
Several sports have already sold out but there remains some £20 tickets left for sports such as volleyball, table tennis, weightlifting, taekwondo, boxing and fencing.
Only higher-priced tickets are left for most medal events.
The tickets went on sale at 11:00 BST, with a 24-hour window for purchases.
Apple Designer Knighted
Jonathan Ive - the British designer responsible for Apple's iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad - has been knighted at Buckingham Palace.
Apple's senior vice-president of industrial design has said he is "both humbled and sincerely grateful" for the "absolutely thrilling honour".

Extra 43,000 Olympic Tickets Released
An extra 43,000 tickets have been made available for some of the Olympic Games's most popular events are due to go on a first come, first served sale. This batch is made up of "contingency tickets", held back until the venues were finished and broadcast and other spaces confirmed.

Tickets for the London 2012 Paralympic Games go on sale around the world today. In the UK and within the EU, people can apply for tickets online between 9am on 9 September and 6pm on 26 September 2011. Approximately two million tickets will go on sale to the public between now and Games time, with 1.5 million being available in this first phase.

Two Thirds Of Commonwealth Games Tickets Priced Under £25
Ticket prices for the upcoming Commonwealth Games, being held in Glasgow, have been revealed, with two thirds starting at under £25, according to the BBC. Tickets for the opening ceremony at Celtic Park will start at £40 and the closing ceremony will be priced at £30. The men’s 100m final will range in price from £15 to £90.

More acts confirmed for Diana concert
Lily Allen, Kanye West and The Feeling are among the latest acts to be confirmed on the line-up of the Princess Diana memorial concert. Rod Stewart, Natasha Bedingfield, James Morrison, Orson and Status Quo have also been added to the line-up for the concert, which will take place at Wembley Stadium on July 1.
