Two Arrested Over O'Shea Murder
Two men have been arrested at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of the murder of Danny O'Shea in Canning Town in December last year.
The pair are currently in custody at an east London police station.
A third new arrest, bringing the total to 11, had previously been made on 21 January and that man, aged 29, has since been bailed pending further enquiries, returning in late March.
Homicide detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses and information on the incident, which took place in December 2011 in London.
Police say they were called shortly after 6.15pm to Gill Avenue E16, after receiving reports of an injured man.
Danny O'Shea, 18 of Gill Avenue was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem gave cause of death as a stab wound to the neck.
An incident room is open at Barking under Detective Chief Inspector Larry Smith from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command.
Officers believe that Danny may have been chased by a group of males immediately before the attack.
DCI Smith said: "We know there were people in the area at the time of Danny's murder and we would urge those people to come forward and help solve this crime."
Detectives are still appealing for information about a minibus, and want anyone who saw the white Ford Transit hire vehicle in the area of Butchers Road between 3pm and 6pm on Friday 2 December 2011 to come forward.
