Hacker Could Face Extradition To The US
A 19-year-old British teenager, arrested for hacking into the US Central Intelligence Agency's website, could face extradition to the US if found guilty.
Ryan Cleary is suspected of masterminding and running LulzSec, a global computer hacking group, from family home in Essex.
He was arrested as part of a Scotland Yard and FBI investigation into the group suspected of hacking into the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency and the US Senate, as well as launching attacks on Sony and Nintendo.
The teenager was arrested on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act, and Fraud Act offences and was taken to a central London police station, where he currently remains in custody for questioning.

Walliams Settles Hacking Claim With NGN
David Walliams has reached an undisclosed settlement with News Group Newspapers (NGN) over phone-hacking allegations. Walliams had begun a legal chase after being told by the news group that it had been intercepting his voicemail since 2005. No details of the settlement have been released but the figure is said to be "substantial".

Two men have been arrested on Thursday over an ongoing investigation into the hacking group LulzSec. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Service's Central e-Crime Unit (PCeU) said they arrested two men for conspiring to commit offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

No Criminal Charge Over Phone-Hacking Claims
Following an investigation into phone hacking claims at the News of the World David Cameron's Director of Communications, Andy Coulson, will not be facing criminal charges. Keir Starmer, Director of Public Prosecutions, said that no evidence existed to formally charge anyone.
