From the CCTV image the suspect is a white male of athletic build. He had short dark hair and was unshaven. He was wearing a light-coloured shirt with a light-coloured tie and dark jeans.
Detective Sergeant Steve Elliott, from the CID at Notting Hill said: "The suspect and victim were not known to each other and this is believed to be an unprovoked attack.
