Mum 'Not Guilty' Of Children's Fire Deaths
A mother has been found not guilty of murdering her two children in a fire in Derbyshire.
Last April, Fiona Adams escaped the blaze with her baby son Kiernan, but her 5-year-old daughter Niamh, and and 2-year-old son Cayden, died in the fire in her Buxton home.
The 24-year-old mother denied the charges and was found not guilty at Nottingham Crown Court.
She was also found not guilty of grievous bodily harm and arson with intent.
It was claimed that Ms Adams deliberately started the blaze in a bid for attention from her partner James Maynard, 28, who had been unfaithful in the past.
