Three Charged With Elderly Man's Murder

Three men have been charged with the murder of a man who died six weeks after being attacked outside his home in the West Midlands. Vijay Thaper, 61, suffered injuries to his legs when he was attacked outside his house in Stoney Lane, Bloxwich on January 13. He fell ill afterwards and was admitted to hospital where he died on March 8. A post-mortem revealed that he died from a pulmonary thrombosis as a result of the injuries sustained in the attack. Three men - Sarenjeet Lotey, 21, Sandeep Lotey, 23, both from Milton Keynes and Pritpal Panesar, 20, of Handsworth, Birmingham, appeared before Walsall Magsistrates Court on Wednesday, where they were remanded in custody to appear before Wolverhampton Crown Court on November 10.

Teen In Court Over Yorkshire Murder

A 15-year-old boy has appeared before Barnsley Youth Court charged with the murder of a woman in South Yorkshire. Ann Marie Gethen, 39, was found dead at a property on Beever Street in Goldthorpe in the early hours of Sunday morning. The teenager has been remanded in secure accommodation and is due to reappear before the court on August 25.

Appeal Over Missing Torquay Woman

Police are appealing for information about a woman who has been missing from her home in Torquay for more than two weeks. Katherine Brush, 39, from Upper Braddon Hill Road, has not been seen since the beginning of August. Police said that they had one report of a phone call from Katherine to a friend, saying that she was in Baker Street Tube Station in London on August 6, but she has not been heard from since. She is described as being 5'8" tall with short dark brown hair. She usually wears combat-style clothing with boots and has a black Labrador dog. Father Charged With Son's Murder
The father of a four-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in West Yorkshire has appeared in court charged with his murder. Ryan Hawkins died after being stabbed at a house in Royd Street in Slaithwaite on Sunday afternoon. A post-mortem revealed that he died from multiple stab wounds.

Two In Court Over Teenager's Murder
Two teenager boys have appeared in court charged with the murder of another schoolboy in Essex last week. Jack Large, 14, was stabbed in the head and back near his home in Grange Hill on Friday. He underwent surgery and was placed on a life support machine, but died on Sunday, with his parents by his bedside.

Teenager remanded over Kiyan murder
A 16-year-old boy has appeared in court charged with the murder of 15-year-old Kiyan Price. Kiyan, a young footballer who played for Queens Park Rangers' youth team, died after being stabbed near the London Academy school in Edgeware, north London, last Thursday. A post-mortem revealed that he died from a single stab wound to the chest.

Second teen charged with boy's murder
A second teenager has been charged with the murder of 14-year-old Paul Erhahon in east London last Friday. Paul died after being attacked and stabbed outside a block of flats in Leytonstone on April 6. His 15-year-old friend was also stabbed but survived the attack, remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Crown Court For Siddiqi Murder Accused
Two men charged with the murder of 17-year-old Aamir Siddiqi have appeared in court this morning. The men appeared at Cardiff Magistrates Court and have been remanded in custody. Ben Hope, 36, and Jason Richards, 35, are accused of killing Aamirr Saddiqi and attempting to murder his parents at their home in Roath, Cardiff on 11 April.
