Man Charged Over Pensioner's Mugging
A man has been charged over a robbery which resulted in an elderly woman's teeth being knocked out.
On 28 October the 74-year-old victim was approached and pushed to the ground on Drake Street in Rochdale.
Her handbag was stolen and her two front teeth were knocked out in the fall.
A 48-year-old man has since been charged with the robbery.
The accused, James Cooper, of no fixed address, appeared at Rochdale Magistrates' Court to hear the charges.
Police have appealed for anyone who was in the Drake Street area between 3.20pm and 3.30pm on the day of the attack to come forward.
Officers said a car was seen moments before the robbery.

Suspected London bomber to be returned to UK
A British man wanted for questioning in connection with the failed London bomb attacks on July 21 is to be extradited to the UK within 35 days, an Italian court has ruled. Osman Hussein (27) will appeal the decision to the Italian Supreme court, according to his lawyers.

Man in court over Securitas robbery
A man has appeared in court charged in connection with the £53 million Securitas robbery in Kent. Ermir Hysenaj, 27, from Crowborough, East Sussex appeared before Maidstone Magistrates Court charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. He was remanded in custody to reappear in court on April 24.

Two arrests over Securitas robbery
Police investigating the £53 million Securitas robbery in Kent have arrested two men. A 27-year-old man was arrested in Crowborough, East Sussex and an 18-year-old man was arrested in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The men are now being questioned at Tonbridge police station on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery.
